These terms apply to your use of this website and to booking pages built by GigHolder ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

Free mockups

A mockup is a free, no-obligation preview of what your booking page could look like. Requesting one doesn't commit you to buy anything.

Paid services

Prices shown on the site are in US dollars and may change. Your actual price, what's included, and the billing schedule are confirmed with you in writing before any work begins or any payment is due. Free trials apply only as described at the time you sign up.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, music, text, logos and other material you give us. You give us permission to use that material to build, host and show your page, and you confirm you have the right to share it with us.

Payments through your page

Booking deposits, tips and song-request payments made through your page go directly between you and your fans or clients through third-party services such as Venmo. We don't process or hold those payments, and you are responsible for your own agreements with clients and for any taxes on what you earn.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site or any page we build, including by sending spam, trying to break in, or uploading content you don't have the rights to. We may suspend a page that's used this way.

No warranty

We work hard to keep the site and our pages running, but they are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features may change over time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost bookings or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
