Privacy Policy

Last updated November 7, 2026

This policy explains what information GigHolder ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that run this site: Netlify (hosting and form handling), our email provider, and, if you accept analytics, Google (Google Analytics). They process it on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. The only optional cookies are Google Analytics cookies, which are set only after you click "Accept". You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep mockup requests for as long as we need them to talk with you about your project, and we delete them when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you. Email service@gigholder.com and mention that it's a privacy request.

Children

This site is meant for working musicians and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
